The PathoSEEK® Hop Latent Viroid Detection Assay is a reverse-transcriptase quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR or QRT-PCR) assay that screens for the presence of Hops Latent Viroid. In addition, you will need:

• PathoSEEK® Hops Latent Viroid Positive Control (50 rxns)
• Leaf Punch Lysis Buffer
• RT-qPCR Master Kit
