The state of AZ does not require the specific detection of shiga toxin producing (STEC) E.coli, but instead allows 100 CFUs of total E.coli per gram of flower material.
When using MGCs PathoSEEK Salmonella & STEC detection assay in the state of AZ, do not turn on detection of the FAM channel. Instructions on how to do this with the Agilent Aria MX or Bio-RAD CFX96 are below.

When setting up your plate layout, choose the ROX (Salmonella) and HEX (Internal Control) dyes only, not FAM (E.coli).
