Has my Solution A gone bad if there are white precipitates in it?

No, it is normal to see this in Solution A when it's exposed to cooler temperatures.

There are salts in the Solution A at such a high concentration they fall out of solution easily, especially at colder temperatures. If the precipitates do not go back into solution at room temperature you may place the bottle in an incubator for about 30 minutes followed by gentle agitation. This should result in the precipitates going back into solution.
