      What methods are available for the Bio Molecular Systems Myra Liquid Handling Robot?

      The following methods, or "run templates", have been validated by Medicinal Genomics for use with the Myra Liquid Handling Robot

      1. Positive Control Dilution - The Myra will perform positive control dilutions for use in qPCR setups.
      2. HLVd Assay v2 Strip Tube Protocol - The Myra will set up qPCR reactions for the PathoSEEK Hop Latent Viroid Detection Assay v2.  Use this template if your source is strip tubes (Quick Lysis).
      3. HLVd Assay v2 Plate Protocol - The Myra will set up qPCR reactions for the PathoSEEK Hop Latent Viroid Detection Assay v2.  Use this template if your source is a 96-well plate (Pure Prep).
      4. FemINDICAtor Assay Protocol - The Myra will set up your qPCR reactions for the FemINDICAtor Plant Sex Detection Assay.  This program will only accept strip tubes as your source.
      5. Pan Fusarium Assay Plate Protocol - The Myra will set up your qPCR reactions for the Pan Fusarium Assay.  Use this template if the source is a 96-well plate (Pure Prep).
      6. Pan Fusarium Assay Strip Tube Protocol - The Myra will set up your qPCR reactions for the Pan Fusarium assay.  Use this template if the source is strip tubes (Quick Lysis).
      7. Pan Pythium Assay Plate Protocol - The Myra will set up your qPCR reactions for the Pan Pythium assay.  Use this template if your source is a 96-well plate (Pure Prep).
      8. Pan Pythium Assay Strip Tube Protocol - The Myra will set up your qPCR reactions for the Pan Pythium Assay.  Use this template if your source is strip tubes (Quick Lysis).
