What SOP should I be following for each Medicinal Genomics microbial detection assay?

This article will provide information and links each assay User Guide or SOP

As MGC works to transition all assays through AOAC a few changes are being made that will eventually apply to all assays:

  1. qPCR Master Kit v3 (Note:  Any pass fail assay can use v3 Master Mix)
  2. A 1 to 19 ratio of sample to TSB for all Total Test flower extractions  (Note:  Any presence/absence assay can use a 1 to 9 ratio)
  3. Updated conversion equations for all total tests
  4. Information on using commercially available CRMs/PTs with MGC Assays
