As MGC works to transition all assays through AOAC a few changes are being made that will eventually apply to all assays:
- qPCR Master Kit v3 (Note: Any pass fail assay can use v3 Master Mix)
- A 1 to 19 ratio of sample to TSB for all Total Test flower extractions (Note: Any presence/absence assay can use a 1 to 9 ratio)
- Updated conversion equations for all total tests
- Information on using commercially available CRMs/PTs with MGC Assays
