      Why is my qPCR data not in my data file (.amdx) from my Agilent Aria run?

      This may be due to one of the following reasons:

      1. The run must be set up on the PC and then sent to the instrument before the run.
      2. The  user must be logged in to the software under either a user or administrator account (not as a guest).
        1. The default password for the Administrator login is ADMIN
      3. The run must be monitored from that PC from the beginning of the run until the end of the run.

      NOTE:  Given the requirement to monitor the run from beginning to end it is recommended turning off any screensaver or power-save mode on the PC that might be causing it to shut down during the run.
